$121k/m Working 10 Hours A Week
And how you can do the same
Earlier today, I hopped on a call with one of our old clients.
He is someone who makes $121k/m from his coaching business while working about 8-10 hours a week.
Its not even just the fact that he has a killer team. The more impressive part is how effective those 8 hours are.
Here is what I learned from him
First things first, start each morning with intention.
Grab your notebook and create a list of the six most non negotiable tasks you need to tackle.
Why six?
Because they’re manageable, and they’ll keep you focused.
Stick to the six.
Once you have your six tasks lined up, it’s time for the next step—planning your time.
The biggest mindset shift I gained was that I need to focused on how long I would spend on the tasks before I worried about when I would do the tasks.
It’s a simple shift, but trust me, it makes a world of difference.
After writing up your six tasks, prioritize them.
Not all tasks are created equal. Some will drive you closer to your goals faster than others.
Revenue generating tasks come first.
Rank your tasks from most to least important, and then get ready to schedule.
Put them all in your Google Calendar and break your day into 15-minute segments.
Then carve out two 30-minute blocks for reactive tasks.
These are your spontaneous meetings or urgent emails that could derail your plans if you’re not prepared.
If you are in sales, you need to be focused on prospecting
Minimum 2.5 hours a day and if you don't have a large client list, all day should be spent on prospecting.
If you’re still building your client base or diving into cold calls, let that time dominate your day.
The biggest secret is the talent you are hiring.
