How to Easily Put Out 100 Pieces of Content Per Week

Without blowing your brains off...

We are doing our typical weekly content night and I figured I would share the process

This system allows us to create over 100 pieces of content every week with ease.

Remember when you thought creating tons of content meant sacrificing your life to your phone?

Or when the idea of posting multiple times a day seemed completely overwhelming?

I get it.

I used to think the same way.

But here's the truth: Creating 100+ pieces of content weekly is surprisingly simple when you have the right system.

And the best part? You can do it while working less than you are now.

Breaking Free from the Content Trap

Let's be honest: right now, you're probably:

  • Spending hours staring at a blank screen, wondering what to post

  • Recording content randomly whenever inspiration strikes (which is usually at the worst times)

  • Feeling overwhelmed by trying to keep track of everything

  • Watching others seemingly post endless content while you struggle to stay consistent

Sound familiar? Don't worry – we're about to change all of that.

The Content Multiplication Method

Phase 1: Strategic Ideation

Forget brainstorming from scratch. Here's your new approach:

First, use AI as your idea generation partner.

Fire up Perplexity AI and try this prompt:

"Analyzing my most successful posts about [your topic], generate 50 content ideas that follow similar patterns but offer fresh perspectives. Include potential hooks and unique angles for each."

Now look at your analytics from the past month.

Which posts got the most engagement?

What topics got people talking?

Use these insights to refine your AI-generated ideas.

Pro Tip: Create content buckets like "Educational," "Behind-the-scenes," "Tips & Tricks," and "Success Stories." Sort your ideas into these buckets to ensure variety.

Phase 2: Power Production

Here's where the magic happens – batch creation. Pick one day a week (for us, its Sunday) for your "Content Power Hour." Here's how it works:

  1. Morning Session (2 hours):

    • Record all your talking head videos

    • Shoot B-roll footage

    • Take pictures for the week

  2. Afternoon Session (2-3 hours):

    • Record voiceovers

    • Create quick educational content

    • Film process/talking head videos

The secret? Set up multiple "stations" in your space:

  • Main filming area for talking head videos

  • Product/demo area for tutorials

  • Casual corner for behind-the-scenes content

Phase 3: The Organization Machine (Your Secret Weapon)

This is where most people fail – but not you.

Here's your new system:

Set up an Airtable base with these key components:

  • Content Calendar

  • Ideas Vault

  • Asset Library

  • Performance Tracking

Then, use Make to automate:

  • Moving approved ideas to production

  • Sending content briefs to your VA

  • Tracking posting schedules

  • Collecting analytics

Your VA becomes your content manager by:

  • Editing videos and creating variations (Once you are making money, hire an editor here)

  • Writing captions

  • Scheduling posts

  • Tracking performance

  • Managing your content calendar

Phase 4: The Daily Flow (45 minutes/day)

Your new daily routine:

  • Morning: Review scheduled content and analytics (15 mins)

  • Mid-day: Engage with comments and messages (15 mins)

  • Evening: Quick check on performance and adjust tomorrow's schedule if needed (15 mins)

The Mindset Shift

Here's what most people don't realize:

Creating more content actually gives you more freedom.

When you have a system and work in batches, you're no longer a slave to content creation – you're in control of it.

Think about it:

Instead of constantly wondering what to post, you'll have weeks of content ready to go.

Instead of rushing to create something daily, you'll be methodically executing a plan.

Instead of feeling overwhelmed, you'll feel organized and in control.

Your Next Steps

  1. Set up your Airtable base this week (templates provided below)

  2. Block out your first batch creation day

  3. Hire a VA (even part-time) to manage the process

  4. Start with 25 pieces of content week one, then scale up

Remember: The creators you admire aren't necessarily working harder – they're working smarter. And now you know exactly how to do the same.
