Today is election day.

Division.

The real enemy is lurking in the background, laughing at us.

The enemy is not the people across the aisle.

The enemy is complacency.

Complacency keeps us from taking ownership of our own destiny.

In the hustle of business, we get caught up in the noise.

We forget that our real battles are fought with ourselves.

The moment we let division dictate our thoughts, we lose focus.

And when we lose focus, progress takes a backseat.

It's like running a business with blinders on.

We should focus on what unites us, not divides us.

We all want success.

We all want to thrive.

Politically, we may disagree, but in business, we can all learn from each other.

Know your true enemy.

Instead of throwing stones, let's build bridges.

Imagine the collective power we would harness.

Imagine the growth.

If we stopped seeing each other as the enemy, and instead collaborated.

That’s how you scale to a mil a month.

That’s the energy that propels us forward.

So, on this election day, let’s pledge something.

Let’s reject division and delusions shoved down our throats from society.

Let’s embrace collaboration.

Let's make our country thrive.
