The formula everyone f*cking ignores

Everything in life is just a f*cking formula.

I know that sounds harsh.

Maybe even a little cold.

But stick with me here because this might be the most important email I ever send you.

Most people hear "you can literally get whatever you want in life" and they roll their eyes.

They think I'm being some toxic positivity guru.

But I'm deadass.

Everything you want is on the other side of a formula.

And the variable most people are missing?

The art of not compromising.

You can't build trust with yourself if you're living in a perpetual state of compromise.

You must stick to your fucking word.

Let me explain...

I started recognizing patterns in my life across multiple areas.

Take dating, for example.

I used to watch these redpill guys like fitx and think getting with attractive women was all about "lookmaxing" or spamming tinder.

Bullshit.

There's a formula.

You want to date 10s? You need to go to events where there's a high quantity of attractive women AND where those types of girls actually hang out.

Hot women don’t go to dive bars

They go to yacht parties and mansions

I have the secret playbook the general public didn't know about.

Same thing with health.

The formula is multifaceted, but it mainly comes down to nutrition and consistent movement.

Those are the biggest variables.

That's what you should focus on first if you want to stop feeling like shit every day.

Not some complicated biohacking routine.

Not $500 supplements.

Just the basics,

executed consistently,

for long durations of time,

even when you don’t feel like it.

In business, the formula is your financial model.

How much can you profitably spend to acquire a customer?

Most of you can't break through your plateau because you don't do basic fucking math.

You're guessing instead of measuring.

You're hoping instead of calculating.

Here's the pattern I noticed:

Once you identify the formula, you can figure out exactly where to focus all your attention.

No more spinning your wheels on shit that doesn't matter.

No more getting distracted by the latest "hack" or "secret."

Just relentless focus on the variables that actually move the needle.

Most people fuck up when they figure out the formula but don't stick to it.

They compromise.

"I'll skip the gym today, just this once."

"I'll eat clean tomorrow, but tonight I'm ordering pizza."

"I'll make those sales calls next week when I'm more motivated."

It’s bullshit and you know it.

Every compromise is a withdrawal from your self-trust bank account.

And once that account goes negative, you stop believing you can actually achieve what you want.

The formula stops working because YOU stop working the formula.

This is why discipline isn't just about the results you get.

It's about identity.

Every time you do what you said you'd do, you prove to yourself that you're the type of person who keeps their word.

Every time you compromise, you prove the opposite.

So here's my challenge for you:

Pick ONE area of your life where you want better results.

Figure out the formula.

(If you can't figure it out, find someone who's already solved it and reverse-engineer what they did.)

Then stick to that formula for 90 days.

No compromises.

No excuses.

No "just this once" exceptions.

Watch what happens.

You'll not only get the results you want in that area.

You'll build unshakeable confidence in your ability to get results in ANY area.

Because you'll prove to yourself that when you commit to something, you actually follow through.

That's the real formula.

Everything else is just tactics.
