Each one deserved our absolute best, but our infrastructure was designed for quantity, not quality.
The tragedy wasn't in losing something – it was in realizing we'd been building the wrong thing all along.
So we did something that felt insane: we stopped everything.
Completely stopped (Kinda).
We took our entire business model, our systems, our processes – everything we'd spent years building – and tore it down to the foundations.
Because here's what nobody tells you about scaling: sometimes the best way to grow is to shrink first.
