Change this one thing to double your closing rate
Have you ever wondered what separates an average sales person from an amazing one?
Well this one strategy shift took one of my closers from a 20% closing rate…
to a whopping 50% closing rate
So let’s say you ask a prospect
“So how many inbound leads are you getting on a weekly basis?”
And they respond with 50
An average sales person would say
“Wow that’s actually really good”
But…
A top level sales person would respond with
“Interesting”
See, if you portray that you think that they’re okay with where they’re currently at,
then they aren’t going to buy whatever it is that you’re selling
Because they don’t feel any pain
But when you say interesting with this tonality,
they then start to question where they’re currently at
They start to think,
“is 50 leads not good enough?’
“Why aren’t I getting more leads?”
“Do i want more leads?”
And once your prospect starts to question where they’re currently at
Then that’s when the sale begins
